Gee whiz...so much and so little.
"To run, or not to run?" For me, that's rarely the question nor the thought...
Where will I run today? How will I feel? Will I run now or later? Or both? Short, moderate or long; easy, steady or fast; flat or hills?
Continuous, mixed or intervals? Who will I see today? How good will I feel after?

For these are the questions most runners ask in one form or another.
Sure there are other questions, other thoughts, yet they rarely overcome the desire to run.
Hmm, what do I think about while running? Oh my...so much, and so little.

How about you...what do you think about (while) running?
Hi PF
ReplyDeleteI've just started reading a book Matt gave me for Christmas "What I talk about when I talk about running". I'll give you a review once I'm finished.
Hi KP :-)
ReplyDeleteNice to hear from you.
I've had lots of problems with this blog, but seem to have sorted it out now...7 months down the track, phew.
Have you finished the book?
I think it may have been the book written by Haruki Murakami?
